Why would this female lecturer behave like this?

I went for a meeting in her office and as I sat on the chair she kept looking up and down my body, very blatantly so. I am not sure but it was quite odd. She is in her 50s or 60s. She may have been trying to make me feel self conscious but it felt almost intrusive?? She may have been looking at my outfit but it was quite unnecessary I felt.I mean she is a very old woman with white hair and wrinkles. Could she be a ? Why was she looking at me like that? It seemed wrong on so many levels. I mean I am a young girl. She has gone through the freaking menopause
