Old crackle nail polish NOT SHATTER?

im 15 and i remember when i was like 6 or 7 my mom had this cackle nail polish. IT WAS NOT SHATTER. shatter actulally splits where as this looked like when you crack an ipod or a windsheild of a car. (like you can see the crack but it hasent split). shes 53 and i dont know when she got it, but i REALLY want to know who made it and if i can still buy it. anybody know what im talking about??
