Where should I go for two weeks in August?

Well I'd take Dubai/Bahrain off the list, its about 120 degrees there in August. For Russia it might take till August just to sort out the crazy visa process. Scandanavia is far from cheap. I guess that leaves Morocco, Spain and Portugal. Have you considered other inexpensive destinations? Like Ecuador? Peru?
