If I was a surgeon, a barrister or a university lecturer, where abouts in or around London would I reside?

I guess I'm asking specifically what neighbourhoods in and around London are considered primarily upper middle-cl. Note I DID NOT SAY RICH; rather upper middle cl, or I guess some would say from the professional cles. Thanks!
