How to get around a day at school with ADHD?

I have ADHD, i was diagnosed with this for 3 to 4 years now and i did not grow out of it. I was hoping for some use full tips that i can use to get around a day at school (I am already using medication). I was going to tell my friends but i was afraid they would call me a sped :( please help!
