My boyfriend had a vasectomy over 10 yrs ago and now I think I'm pregnant. Is this possible?

I know that he hasn't had his sperm count tested in a long time and I have been very careless with taking my birth control because I thought we were safe. I'm having early signs of pregnancy, this would be my first and I'm scared that he thinks I've cheated.
