Is it fair for my girlfriend to say this...

we have been together for a year and a half. she lives in the uk and i live in the us. i am working on moving over there and this is supposed to happen at around the end of september. we were always very attracted to eachother since we first met. our love is greater than anything. we both believe that our relationship will need not only love but desire, fun, trust and alot of other things to make it work. the other day i got a tattoo on my arm of an ankh that i've been wanting for years now. before i got it she knew about it and gave me a hard time about getting it. so i got the tattoo and a week later she is saying that i am not as attractive to her as i was before the tattoo and she hasn't even seen a picture of it on me yet. is it fair for her to say that i'm not attractive to her anymore because of this? she says that she still loves me and wants to be with me but it hurts me to hear how she feels about it. if youre questioning if we've met eachother, yes, i have been there a few times for her, met her parents in poland, her friends, made love to her many times, and proposed to her. we are trust worthy for our devotion to eachother and no other. but i'm not attractive to her anymore!!?? how can a relationship work like this? what is your opinion? i just don't think its fair that she can't accept some of the things that i want for myself, within reason of course.
