Which QB to start this week?

I think Anderson is very inconsistent and Cel just plain out sucks, I would start Jeff Garcia because he has performed well and Seattle has a horrible D and I think Garcia will be the top performer. Broncos have bad D but Cel can't score anyway. Anderson is inconsistent, not amazing, and the Redskins D maybe too much for him especially after they'll be looking for someone to kill after losing to STL
