Should I get an American deluxe v neck fender strat or a Schecter C-1 Clic?

The schecter for sure. I LOVE fender, But for you, then schecter would do the best. Get the fender later. I would get the fender if your gonna play more clean. A clean fender (in my opinion) Sounds amazing, but distorted, not so much, Don't get me wrong, some amazing sounds can come from that fender, but the schecter is a all around better guitar when playing a wider verity of music.
