Jogging when it's cool vs. warm?

5 or 9am doesnt matter ,, its running in the am before your eat that is beneficial.. u use up any fat and calories stored before you add more,, and it boosts your metabolism for the whole day so u actually burn cals a little longer.. running in the afternoon means your burning the cals that you have eaten that day and dont get "down" into your fat stores until late in your run,, ie " 45 min..
