Guy relationship problem?

ok so im new to this neighborhood that im in and i met this guy and he is my age i thought he was hot so i became friends with him along with like 3 other guys and his girlfriend at the time and after i was there for like a month his girlfriend said that at the end of the school year she was moving to ohio i was sad that she was going away but happy cuz i may have a shot with the guy so after she was gone the guy asked me out and i said yes our relationship lasted like 3 days because i wanted to keep it from my mom and i was going to tell him that i talked to my mom and she said that she wouldnt mind but she wouldnt like it. so the next day after he broke up with me he asked me out again and i said yes and i told my mom and she thought it was cool and everything but then like 3 weeks later we broke up because of a stupid reason then yet again the next day he asked me if i wanted to be fwb with him and i said sure cuz at that point i didnt even care and now i realize i think i might love him my friend says im just being hormonal but i know that im not so i just need to know should i ask him out??? btw we have been fwb for about a month now :))) so should i or not??
