Cinnamon Broom?

I was in the dollar store yesterday and I saw this broom like a wikerish decoration broom that smelt heavily of cinnamon and on the package it said see exodus 30 I looked it up but I could find no reference to it does neone know anything about it is it like a Christmas thing or something?
