Building Regulations UK - Do cement flaunch flashings meet with building regulations?

check with your local building control ..i never use cement flauchings but i have seen plenty of it ..funny enough no building inspector i have used have ever looked up to see if i used lead or not ..if flauching was used it would still need soakers under neath
